This is a call for remits to be considered at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). This communication also serves as preliminary notice of the upcoming AGM.

Remits & AGM Agenda Items

Members are invited to submit remits or propose items for inclusion on the AGM agenda.

All submissions must:

• be provided in writing (email is acceptable)
• be supported by at least five eligible (Registered and/or Life) members
• be sent to the NZILA Administrator at admin@nzila.co.nz
• be received no later than 28 May (in line with Rule 8.7)

Annual General Meeting

Official notice of the AGM will be sent to all eligible members on 28 May. Documents to be presented at the meeting are expected to be circulated around 11 June, in accordance with the Constitution.

The 2026 AGM will be held online.
