The Landscape Architect Manifesto was formally adopted at the 2025 IFLA-APR Regional Congress and AGM, marking a significant milestone for landscape architects across the Asia-Pacific region. This document reflects the collective vision, values, and commitments of the profession, as articulated by the Indian Society of Landscape Architects (ISOLA) and endorsed by the IFLA-APR community.
Background
The Manifesto was presented by ISOLA President Urmila Rajadhyaksha and shared with the IFLA-APR ExCo, Chairs, and Official Delegates from member national associations. It represents the outcome of collaborative discussions and shared aspirations during the Congress, aiming to guide future practice and advocacy in landscape architecture.
