For those of you who cannot attend in person, IFLA plans to live stream the Congress via YouTube.  It will not be interactive for viewers but should provide some sense of the presentations, sessions and discussions.

The link to watch can be found below - it will be broadcast from 8.30am (Istanbul time) so it will become live at that point.
