Board Nominations and AGM Member Remits  

Board Nominations: Open April 2, 2024 - Close April 15, 2024 

As per NZILA constitutional processes, those board members who were appointed to a one year (shorter term) of service will have their terms expire at “the conclusion of the first Annual General Meeting after their appointment”.

These members are Dan Males, Julia Wick, and Matthew Jones. These members are eligible for further election if they wish to stand again.

Nominations open next week on Tuesday April 2, 2024. Nomination forms are to be returned by closing date of April 15, 2024. Please send completed forms to admin@nzila.co.nz.

AGM Remits: Preparation for Submission 

As you will be aware, the Regional Branches have recently undertaken their AGM's. The date announcement for the National AGM will be made in the coming weeks. We would like to remind members to begin preparing their remits for the national AGM now so that they can be considered by the Board as soon as the AGM is announced. 

Remittances will open on April 22, 2024 and close on May 13, 2024.
