The New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects Tuia Pito Ora would like to extend our gratitude to John Potter for his invaluable contribution as the Registration Panel Chair for the past two years. John's dedication to the role has been greatly appreciated by those who sat their professional interviews under his guidance, as well as the wider profession.
As John steps down from his role, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Martha Dravitzki as the new NZILA Registration Panel Chair for the 2023-2024 period. Martha has been Deputy Registration Panel Chair for the past two years, working closely alongside John and is therefore well-versed in the responsibilities of the role.
We welcome Melissa Davis as the incoming Deputy Registration Panel Chair, who will work alongside Martha in this role for the next two years and take over as the Panel Chair in 2025.
The Institute is grateful to all our members who take on voluntary roles, for the personal and professional sacrifices they make each year. On behalf of the Institute, we extend our sincere thanks for their ongoing contributions to the profession.
