Are you interested in becoming a AUDP panel member for 2021-2023
Tēnā koutou NZILA members,
The Auckland Urban Design Panel Governance Board (the Board) is now seeking nominations for the Auckland Urban Design Panel (AUDP) as part of the full panel refresh for 2021-2023.
The Board has made the decision to undertake a full re-fresh of the AUDP panel member list this year and are asking each institute to nominate a number of candidates who will serve on the panel for the term from January 2021 to December 2023.
This year the New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects Tuia Pito Ora is requested to nominate 15 candidates and out of that number 10 will be chosen as panel members.
The attached information sheet provides more detailed information on the panel process and the expected commitment from the nominees.
If you are interested in becoming a AUDP panel member for 2021-2023 please email your expression of interest and 1-page CV to auckland@nzila.co.nz by the 17th May 2020.
For existing panel members; The AUDP are not looking to replace all of the existing panel members and there are a number who have expressed interest in continuing. These candidates will still need to be part of the nomination process and also provide an Expression of Interest together with a 1-page CV. Panellists do not automatically roll over.
All nominations will be reviewed by a NZILA sub-committee who will agree on the 15 candidates to go to the forward to the board selection process.
