Join us for your one year MLA at Lincoln University
The School of Landscape Architecture, Lincoln University, is pleased to announce two new scholarships in support of practicing Landscape Architects who wish to return for one year to achieve their Master of Landscape Architecture. Achieving your MLA provides you the opportunity to specialize in a particular area of design, and the potential to achieve international recognition of your specialization through publication of your research. Both scholarships cover your full tuition.
Here are the two scholarships:
1) The Lincoln University Research Master’s Scholarship (New Zealand residents only)
- One year thesis (research) only programme (no courses required)

Up to four scholarships are being awarded for the purpose of improving the planning and management of rural landscapes in Aotearoa New Zealand to become more sustainable in the face of global challenges such as climate change and systems adaptation.
