At the beginning of the year Lauren was given an opportunity to join her esteemed colleagues Mark Read and Shane Wiles in setting up their company WilesRead Limited.

Having graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s in landscape architecture from Unitec, Lauren pursued her career in England working for a small London-based practice. The skills learnt in England have now extended to her work back home in New Zealand.

With a keen eye for detail and her passion for plants and plant design along with efficient time management means Lauren has quickly developed into a key member of the team. Lauren is very passionate at managing projects from conceptual phase through to build and has demonstrated initiative and intuition in the office and on site.
