We are thrilled to announce our expansion into Aotearoa New Zealand. We have recently appointed a Studio Lead who is focused on establishing our market presence and building a dynamic and innovative team to deliver award-winning projects.
The Auckland Studio
We are seeking a new pioneers to join our emerging team located in Auckland’s city centre. Arcadia prides itself on creating a highly collaborative workplace environment, with key strengths designing in partnership with First Nations. This Senior Landscape Architect role is suited to someone with:
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, showcasing strong technical, visual communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field
- Leadership & Mentorship: Grow team members within our tight-knit studio. Present with clarity and confidence to clients
- Innovation & Trends: Stay informed about emerging design trends, sustainability practices, and industry standards
- Technical Skills: Possess well-developed technical skills in design and construction techniques and programs
- Time Management: Ensure projects run on schedule and align with the scope and fee
- Communication: Exhibit solid communication, presentation, and client-facing skills (written, oral, and listening)
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, and hand-drawing
- Passion for Learning and Growing: You love what you do, like to learn and stay curious!
