TECHNICAL WORKSHOP THREE – Contract and Project Management: review of the key issues, steps and processes of contract and project management including key legal requirements and issues and considerations.
Although not everyone does Contract and Project Management as one of their areas, it is nonetheless core and everyone is expected to have at least some understanding of it. This workshop is a lead into this.
