RMLA’s webinar on “Property Issues with Subdivisions” by Thomas Gibbons, Director, McCaw Lewis is now available to view.

Thomas has qualifications in law and planning.  He chaired the NZLS Subdivisions conference in 2018, and the ADLS Unit Titles Conference in 2019.  Thomas practises extensively in the areas of subdivisions, property development, RMA and LGA issues, and unit titles, and presents and publishes regularly across these areas.
