Our NZILA Canterbury | Westland Branch invites landscape architects, architects, engineers and urban planners to an evening of collaboration, creativity, and fun as we imagine a resilient Christchurch in the year 2100.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Collaborative board game:
  Kick off the evening by joining an interdisciplinary team consisting of landscape architects, architects, engineers and urban planners to play a specially designed fun board game that gets everyone thinking about creative solutions making important decisions as a group while forming networks and connections.
  
  
• Creative climate adaptation challenge:
  Work with your interdisciplinary group to develop a holistic interdisciplinary strategy for Christchurch to adapt to the impacts of sea-level rise in 2100.
  
  
• Networking, drinks and nibbles:
  Relax and connect with colleagues across disciplines.
  
  
• Prizes for the winning team:
  Celebrate collaboration, storytelling, and playful thinking.

This is more than a networking event—it’s a chance to step outside of our disciplinary silos, explore big ideas together, and have some fun while tackling one of the most pressing challenges facing our coastal city.
