McLean's Mansion - Open Day and Lecture

Come and see what is happening with the major restoration of McLean's Mansion on Manchester Street, a Category 1/Highly Significant heritage building and one of the nation's largest timber buildings.
For nearly 120 years McLean's Mansion has been a treasure-trove of architectural styles, materials and craftsmanship and intriguing Christchurch stories.
McLean's Mansion will be open to the public for guided tours of the restoration to date. A unique chance to view the building's interior.

Historian Dr John Wilson is also holding a lecture about Allan McLean as a preview event for the McLean's Mansion open days on the final weekend of the Heritage Festival.
