We have an upcoming symposium in November hosted by Future Cities Research Centre.
This symposium explores how research, policy, and practice can work together to create climate-resilient, liveable, and sustainable urban futures. The programme features keynote addresses from Cornell Tukiri (Climate Innovation Lead – Māori, Climate Connect Aotearoa) and Emily Grace (Chief Policy Officer, Te Kōkiringa Taumata | New Zealand Planning Institute), alongside PhD research presentations and industry research showcase by Cushla Loomb (Business Director – Climate Resilience, Beca) and Prof. Paola Boarin (Future Cities Research Centre).
The symposium will conclude with a panel discussion moderated by Dr Iresh Jayawardena (Research Domain Lead, FCRC)
The event is free to attend, and attendees can claim NZRAB CPD points (TBD) and 5 Category 1 NZPI CPD points.
