Climate Action Discussion with Professor Bronwyn Hayward

The Board of Tuia Pito Ora New Zealand Institute of Landscape Architects, with the support of our Climate Action Working Group, are pleased to the announce the commencement of our Climate Action Discussion Series. As part of NZILA’s work to support knowledge growth for members, these Climate Action Discussions, supported by Firth, will take place on an ongoing basis, in person and online, over the next months. 

We are delighted to announce Professor Bronwyn Hayward as our first presenter. In the context of overall scene-setting on climate change in Aotearoa and the recent release of the 2023 Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change Synthesis Report, Tuia Pito Ora chairperson, Debbie Tikao, will be hosting this in person discussion on April 4th, at Beca’s Offices in Ōtautahi Christchurch.

This event is exclusive and free to NZILA members and Lincoln Landscape Architecture Students.

When: April 4, 2024

Time: Doors open 5:30pm. Discussion starts @6pm.
