Senior Landscape Architect

Greenwood Associates are looking for an experienced landscape architect who can become part of a team that values career opportunity, lifestyle and work balance.

We have a position available for a senior applicant ready to take on challenges and benefit from growth. A Bachelor of landscape architecture is a minimum requirement with experience working in the commercial sector.

Our company has a prominent track record and services commercial, government and private clients. We cover a broad range of exciting projects throughout New Zealand and internationally. We require a landscape architect with a thorough knowledge of the design process and provide excellent on the job training and support to bring you up to speed with our processes.

We expect the applicant to be self-motivated and organised with competency in the following software packages:
• AutoCAD or ArchiCAD (update training available)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop (training available)
• Rhino or 3D modelling capabilities (non-essential)

We desire the applicant to have experience and or interest to improve their professional suite of skill set in the following:
• Landscape Visual Assessment
• Design
• Photo simulations
• Realistic 3D rendering
• Strategic planning
• Civic design

Although these skill sets are important, a highly motivated individual can upgrade skills to meet requirements. It is leadership and professional skills we require, not a CAD operator. The GA office is located in the desirable Victoria Park Quarter close to transport, hospitality and recreation facilities.
